Upshur Human Resources, Inc. Head Start Family and Community Engagement Manager prepares a monthly newsletter informing parents of head start and local community upcoming events and activities, monthly spotlight, recipes, and more.

Parents can receive a paper copy of the newsletter by contacting your classroom teacher and/or Miranda Osburn, Family and Community Engagement Manager. The newsletter will be sent home with the child.
